Titanium-Plated Finish
The 73mm carbon steel boules feature a gold-toned yellow metallic finish, listed as titanium plated, with circular grooves on the surface.
Contact with gravel, hard ground and other steel boules may cause scratches or gradual finish wear during normal play.
For bulk orders, protective wrapping or individual ball compartments can be discussed to help minimize surface scratches during handling and shipping.
Steel blanks are prepared for forming the boule's two hemispherical shells.
Half-Shell Forming:The blanks are pressed into hemispherical shells.
The two shells are joined to form a hollow steel boule.
The welded boule is machined to smooth the exterior and refine its spherical shape.
Circular identification grooves are machined into the ball surface.
The machined surface is prepared for the final decorative treatment.

In-Process Checks

Wooden boxes, plastic cases, aluminum cases and printed cartons are available within Honde's OEM packaging range. These are alternatives to the standard nylon bag.
